(Participation in the Economic Results of Applications)

1. INTRODUCTION

This Annex governs the methods of participation in the economic results of the applications available within the Mamify platform, managed by:

2. SUBJECT

The user may acquire an economic participation related to one or more applications available within the platform.

Such participation:

• does not represent corporate ownership

• does not grant rights over the Mamify platform

• relates exclusively to the economic results of the individual application

3. PARTICIPATION

The user acquires a defined percentage:

• [X% of the selected application]

This percentage determines the share of economic results due.

4. ECONOMIC RESULTS

Economic results refer to the net profit generated by the individual application.

Internal structure

A portion equal to 40% is retained by the platform.

This portion is allocated to:

• software development

• updates

• communication

• administrative management

The remaining portion constitutes the distribution base.

5. DISTRIBUTION

Distribution occurs on a monthly basis.

Method:

• through the internal MAMIX system

• credited to the user’s wallet

6. TRANSPARENCY

Economic results:

• are visible within the platform

• are digitally tracked

• can be accessed by the user

7. MODIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION

The user may modify their allocation among applications.

Conditions:

• application of a 3% fee

• subject to system availability

8. DURATION

Participation is indefinite, unless termination is requested by the user.

9. WITHDRAWAL

The user may request termination with a minimum notice of 3 months.

Conditions

• settlement occurs according to the platform’s operational conditions

• immediate or full reimbursement is not guaranteed

10. NATURE OF PARTICIPATION

The participation:

• does not constitute a financial investment

• does not represent an equity stake

• does not grant voting rights

• does not guarantee returns

It is an economic participation linked to operational results.

11. RISKS

The user acknowledges that:

• results may vary

• there are no guarantees of profit

• performance depends on the applications’ performance

12. LIMITATIONS

The Company may:

• modify applications

• suspend functionalities

• update the operational model

13. REFERENCE TO GENERAL TERMS

This Annex forms an integral part of the Mamify General Terms and Conditions

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Annex is governed by the laws of Gibraltar
