1. INTRODUCTION

This Annex governs the operation of the MAMIX system within the Mamify platform, managed by:

2. NATURE OF THE MAMIX SYSTEM

MAMIX represents an internal unit of economic regulation used exclusively within the Mamify ecosystem.

MAMIX:

• is not a cryptocurrency

• is not a financial instrument

• is not tradable on external markets

• is not freely purchasable by the public

3. FUNCTION

MAMIX is used to:

• distribute commissions

• manage revenue sharing

• account for amounts derived from real activities

4. GENERATION OF MAMIX

MAMIX is generated exclusively when:

• a supplier pays commissions to the Company

Such amounts:

• are received in real bank accounts

• remain available

• are digitally tracked

5. ECONOMIC CORRESPONDENCE

Each MAMIX represents an economic value corresponding to commissions already earned.

The following are not allowed:

• artificial creation

• issuance not supported by real financial flows

6. CURRENCY

MAMIX retains the original currency:

• if the commission is in euros, MAMIX is in euros

• if in dollars, MAMIX is in dollars

7. TRANSPARENCY

Data relating to MAMIX:

• is visible within the platform

• is digitally tracked

• reflects real economic activities

8. CONVERSION

The user may request the conversion of their MAMIX balance.

Method:

• conversion into the user’s local currency

• application of current exchange rates

• payment through available systems

Timing

Payment is made:

• within 48 hours from the request

9. OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS

The Company may:

• carry out checks on requests

• verify regulatory compliance

• temporarily suspend operations for technical or legal reasons

10. ABSENCE OF FINANCIAL NATURE

The MAMIX system:

• does not constitute a bank deposit

• does not represent an investment

• does not generate returns

• does not grant rights over Company assets

11. LIABILITY

The Company is not responsible for:

• exchange rate fluctuations

• limitations arising from banking systems

• the user’s local regulations

12. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may update the MAMIX system and this Annex at any time

13. REFERENCE TO GENERAL TERMS

This Annex forms an integral part of the Mamify General Terms and Conditions

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Annex is governed by the laws of Gibraltar
