A Promoter is a user who:

• promotes applications, products, or services

• uses the platform tools

• participates in commission distribution

3. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP

The Promoter:

• operates independently

• is not an employee of the Company

• does not legally represent the Company

4. PERMITTED ACTIVITIES

The Promoter may:

• share referral links

• promote Mamify applications

• develop a commercial network

5. COMMISSIONS

Commissions:

• derive from real activities generated through the platform

• are calculated according to the active plan

• are distributed through the MAMIX system

6. MAMIX

The Promoter acknowledges that:

• MAMIX represents commissions already earned

• it is not an investment

• it is not a cryptocurrency

It is convertible according to platform conditions

7. EARNING METHODS

The Promoter may generate commissions:

• through direct activity

• through the commercial network

Important

Commissions derive exclusively from:

• real use of the applications

• concrete economic activities

They do not derive from:

• simple recruitment

• registration of new users without activity

8. PROHIBITIONS

The Promoter may not:

• present Mamify as an investment

• promise guaranteed earnings

• use misleading communications

• operate in violation of local regulations

9. LIABILITY

The Promoter is responsible for:

• their promotional activities

• the content they share

• compliance with local laws

10. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

The Company may:

• suspend accounts

• block commissions

• terminate the collaboration

in case of violations

11. NETWORK STRUCTURE

The network:

• is organized according to the active distribution plan

• may be modified by the Company

12. TRANSPARENCY

The Promoter may:

• view their commissions

• monitor activities through the platform

13. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may modify:

• the commission plan

• the operational conditions

at any time

14. NON-FINANCIAL NATURE

The Promoter activity:

• does not constitute a financial activity

• does not imply an investment

• does not guarantee results

15. REFERENCE TO GENERAL TERMS

These Terms form an integral part of the Mamify General Terms

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar
