usable exclusively within the Mamify ecosystem

MamiCash:

• is not a cryptocurrency

• is not a financial instrument

• is not an investment

• is not automatically convertible into money

3. GENERATION OF MAMICASH

MamiCash may be generated through:

• purchases made within the platform

• cashback promotions and campaigns

• commercial activities of partners

• platform initiatives

4. USE

MamiCash may be used for:

• purchasing products and services

• accessing dedicated offers

• use within Mamify applications

5. LIMITATIONS

MamiCash:

• may not be transferred between users, unless otherwise specified

• may not be sold

• may not be exchanged on external markets

6. CONVERSION

MamiCash is not directly convertible into money.

Any alternative usage methods:

• are defined by the platform

• may change over time

7. EXPIRATION

The platform may establish:

• an expiration period for MamiCash usage

• specific conditions related to promotions

8. VARIATIONS

The Company may:

• modify usage methods

• update the MamiCash system

• suspend or limit functionalities

9. LIABILITY

The Company:

• does not guarantee the future value of MamiCash

• is not responsible for unused balances

10. NON-FINANCIAL NATURE

MamiCash:

• does not represent a deposit

• does not generate interest

• does not constitute a claim for payment in money

11. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

In case of account closure:

• MamiCash may be canceled

• unless otherwise provided by the platform

12. REFERENCE TO GENERAL TERMS

These Terms form an integral part of the Mamify General Terms and Conditions

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar
