1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms govern the use of the Mamify platform by companies, suppliers, and commercial partners.

The platform is managed by:

2. DEFINITIONS

Supplier / Company: entity offering products or services through Mamify
Platform: Mamify ecosystem
Commissions: amounts allocated to the network and users
MAMIX: internal commission distribution system

3. SUBJECT

The platform allows suppliers to:

• promote and sell products and services

• access the Mamify network

• distribute commissions to users

4. REGISTRATION

To operate on the platform, the supplier must:

• register with accurate information

• provide required documentation

• comply with applicable regulations

5. USE OF THE PLATFORM

The supplier agrees to:

• offer lawful products and services

• comply with local regulations

• not use the platform fraudulently

6. COMMISSIONS

The supplier acknowledges that:

• a portion of generated revenue is allocated to commissions

• commissions are defined by the platform or commercial agreements

7. PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS

The supplier agrees to:

• pay commissions to the Company

• comply with agreed timelines

Method

Commissions:

• are paid in the agreed currency

• are collected by the Company

• constitute the basis for distribution through the MAMIX system

8. TRANSPARENCY AND TRACEABILITY

Commissions:

• are digitally recorded

• are visible within the platform

• can be tracked through internal systems

9. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

The supplier is responsible for:

• the quality of products or services

• customer management

• any claims or complaints

The Company is not responsible for the supplier’s direct obligations toward the end customer

10. LIMITATIONS

The supplier may not:

• bypass the commission system

• use the platform for unlawful activities

• interfere with system operations

11. SUSPENSION

The Company may:

• suspend or limit access

• remove content

• terminate the collaboration

in case of violations

12. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between the parties:

• is commercial in nature

• does not constitute a corporate partnership

• does not create an employment relationship

13. DATA AND PRIVACY

The supplier agrees to:

• process data in compliance with applicable regulations

• respect user privacy

14. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may modify these Terms at any time

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar
