The Mamify App, è provided and managed by Condividiamo Ltd. Our priority is to ensure the privacy and security of our users' data. With this policy, we describe the process for requesting the deletion of personal data from our platform.
Data Deletion Request
Users who wish to request the deletion of their personal data from the Mamify platform must follow the procedure below:

Send an email to companyltd@condividiamo.club using the subject "Data Deletion Request".

In the email, provide the following information:
- Full name of the user.
- Email address associated with the Mamify account.
Data Deletion Process
Once the data deletion request is received, our support team will proceed with the following process:

We will verify the identity of the applicant to ensure the security and authenticity of the request.

Once the identity is confirmed, we will proceed with the deletion of all personal data associated with the user from our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Account information.
- Usage data.
- Any data provided by the user during the use of the Mamify app.

As soon as the data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the requester at the provided address.

The data deletion request is irreversible. Once the data has been deleted, we cannot recover it.

Data deletion may take some time, depending on the complexity of the request and the amount of data to be deleted. We will do our best to complete the process as quickly as possible.
